What a Service Visit Includes

• Salt delivery & refill — we bring the right salt (sodium or potassium chloride) and fill your brine tank
• Brine tank check — clear any salt bridges or mush that stop the system from regenerating
• Control head check — confirm the system is regenerating on schedule and softening correctly
• Resin & valve inspection — catch issues before they leave you with hard water
• Hardness test — verify your water is still measurably soft

How Often Do I Need Salt?

Most households need salt every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on water usage and hardness. We calculate your usage at install and set a delivery schedule so you never run out or think about it.
